Instructions
1. | Rinse the shrimps and pat them dry with paper towels. Marinate the shrimps with the Basic Marinade (Light) for 15 minutes. |
2. | Follow the instruction of "Fried Rice Basics" to prepare the ingredients. |
3. | Place 2 tbs. of oil and shrimps in a heated non-stick pan. Sauté the shrimps until they are done. Set the shrimps aside. |
4. | Heat 3 tbs. of oil in the pan until very hot then add the beaten egg and scramble. Place in the rice and stir until the egg is golden brown and the rice is loose without any clumps. Mix in the salt and white pepper for seasoning. |
5. | At last add the shrimps and scallion. Stir until all the ingredients are heated through. |

做法
1. | 蝦仁洗乾淨後用紙巾擦乾。再與基本醃料(淡)拌勻後醃15分鐘。 |
2. | 依照炒飯基本料準備好材料。 |
3. | 不沾鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油和蝦仁用中火炒熟。盛出備用。 |
4. | 3大匙油在炒鍋裡燒熱後加入蛋炒碎。倒入米飯繼續炒到蛋呈金黃色而飯米粒都鬆散開來,然後加入鹽和胡椒調味。 |
5. | 最後再拌入蝦仁和蔥花拌炒到所有材料都熱透即可。 |
